Fluid retention: If i understand correctly, you weighed 97kg before going to gym, after which you dropped down by 10kg to 87kg. However, in last month, you've regained 6kg and noted swelling in your legs w/tiredness? If so, it's time to go see your family doc. We need to worry about heart, kidney and/or liver failure. Maybe simple hypothyroidism but still need evaluation & treatment. Don't wait.
