Get examined: Possibilities include heart, kidney thyroid, adrenal or liver disease . You need comprehensive work up to include blood/urine test, ekg, chest xray, echo, etc hope you feel better! give us a feedback on the final diagnosis.

Fluid retention: If i understand correctly, you weighed 97kg before going to gym, after which you dropped down by 10kg to 87kg. However, in last month, you've regained 6kg and noted swelling in your legs w/tiredness? If so, it's time to go see your family doc. We need to worry about heart, kidney and/or liver failure. Maybe simple hypothyroidism but still need evaluation & treatment. Don't wait.

Family practice : You have fluid retention unknown cause. Check with your dr. Make sure your kidneys are fine. Thyroid. And heart also. Diuretic may be helpful.
