I've been diagnosed with breast fibrosclerosis adenosis! is it anything to worry about? can it be pre cancerous?

Sclerosing adenosis: This is considered to be proliferative breast disease. What does that mean? It is not cancer. It is not pre-cancerous. However, people with proliferative breast disease have a slightly (yes, just slightly) increased risk for developing breast cancer in their lifetime over the general population. You simply need to continue with routine screening and follow up.
