Balanoposthitis: Most balanitis (head of penis inflammed) and posthitis (forekin infection) is due to fungal infection. Topical antifungal medicine should be added to your treatment. Oral fluoroquinalone antibiotic likely will not clear up the typical balanoposthitis.
