Appendix pain?: First i would have to ask why you think its appendix pain? Inflammation of the appendix has a pretty clear set of symptoms and usually progresses rapidly. In acute appendicitis, the gold standard is appendectomy. As far as chronic pain, I am not aware of any pills that would treat that. Beware of people selling cures in pill form unless you understand the actual mechanism of the pill.
