A 18-year-old male asked:
tell me some medicine for fastest facial hair growth?

Won't work: Congratulations on being almost a man. How thick your beard will be is determined by your genes, and no magic medicine will change this. While many men envy a man with a thick beard and abundant body hair, in the us most women prefer a smooth, light-bearded man and he is less likely to go bald later. Enjoy whatever nature has given you.

Puberty and Genes: Facial hair growth is a secondary sexual characteristic, meaning it is part of the passage through puberty. Some men develop robust growth as early as their teen years; some men never achieve a full beard.
Your ethnic background and genetic propensity determine your likelihood of growing facial hair. There are no accepted medications to speed or increase facial hair growth.

Is there a link between coffee and facial hair growth?

No: This is one more silly myth that has somehow gotten started. Becoming a man is difficult enough without this stuff. Your beard thickness / body hair abundance /tendency to hair loss later is genetically programmed. Junior -- don't worry about the coffee or the beard. Some women prefer more, others less, most women simply like you for who you are.

What can I take to reduce facial hair growth?

Facial Hair: Eflornithine(vaniqua) is used to slow the growth of unwanted hair on the face in women, usually around the lips or under the chin. Eflornithine works by blocking a natural substance that is needed for hair to grow and is located in your hair follicle (the sac where each hair grows). This medication is by prescription. There is also laser hair removal for black or brown hair.
