Hormones off: Usually when the timing of periods has changed so much the reason is either lack of ovulation or ovulating erratically. Cause can be thyroid or prolactin issues, diabetes, pcos, being overweight or underweight, too much soy products, for example. You will need to see your doctor to get tested and treated.
