Asthma : There is no age limit for asthma control. Allergies, gerd, sinusitis can all be factors. If this had been chronic, permanent lung damage can gradually occur (copd). It's very important to stabilize the progression of lung disease by controlling the contributing factors.

Depends: If you hve been diagnosed with asthma, your category will determine your treatment.Persistent asthma will require a controller as well as a reacue inhaler. Of course as an older person, your medical condition can influence your treatment.
