Heartburn: Heartburn/acid reflux is often worse at night. You can do things like elevate the head of your bed and not eat shortly before lying down for bed. At nighttime Pepcid or zantac (ranitidine) tends to work pretty quickly. If it continues like this you should see your doctor.
