Possibly: If the eeg is going to include sleep then it can. The beta agonists (main ingredient in an inhaler) can affect the ultradian rhythm (ultradian is used in sleep research in reference to the 90–120 minute cycling of the sleep stages during human sleep).

Possibly...: Increased oxygen supply may increase the brain power output which may cause the settle changes in eeg. However, without a baseline to compare, we may never know... Honestly.
