Is it safe to take senakot laxatives with st john's wort?

No interactions: There are no reported interactions between senna/ st john's wort. Most people use st john's wort to help with depression. My suggestion is you see a doctor for proper diagnosis/ treatment if you think you have a depression disorder. As for constipation, try to gradually increase fiber intake ( veggies, fruits) , water (~6-8 glasses per day), regular daily exercise is also helpful. Take care.
