Wheezing: Wheezing is commonly associated with asthma but just means that there is turbulent airflow. If you are now coughing up phlegm then you have a bronchitis. This could just be the phlegm that you are now coughing up which is causing the wheezing or you may actually have asthma and have an acute bronchitis also.
