Maybe: Clitoral skin tags are rare because that is primarily nerve tissue, as opposed to the everyday, common skin tag on "normal skin" that may just be clipped off. The fact that it is exactly there and that it is painful with arousal raises a new level of suspicion. This may be one for your gyn to take a look at. I don't imagine that it's a tumor, but an abnormal growth like that may need to be checked.
