I have had tubes put in each ear twice, and now i seem to be in need of another. is there any permanent solution? home remedy for discomfort/pain?

Complex: Pain usually improved by tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil for short term. Need to talk to your ENT dr pre-op to see if the recurrence is an issue due to eustachian tube angulation / malformation / whatever--and if an enlarging procedure or stenting would be reasonable to try to maintain normal drainage, stop infection recurrences and prevent need for tubes a 4th time.
