Consult with Gyn: Mid cycle bleeding is a concern. I would consult with your doctor or gynecologist. It can be related to vagina, cervix, uterus and ovaries all of which can refer pain to your back.

Need more replacemen: Your TSH level is still too high, indicating a need for more thyroid hormone. Your pain probably has absolutely nothing to do with your thyroid.
