Is it safe to stretch the feet and legs if i have a sprained and possibly fractured foot? they are feeling tight and i don't want to tense up.

Yes: You could stretch the feet and the joints if there are not in a cast also the same for the joint

Yes it is ok: No problem with some stretching moving injured parts wisely is very good using them hard is very bad.

Depends: It really depends completely on what your exact diagnosis is. Is it a strain or a fracture? And what structures are involved? Some foot injuries, patients can continue activities as tolerated, some injuries you need to be strictly non weight bearing. If you have not been checked, i would encourage you to do so. X-ray.: To prevent displacement of a fracture, have an x-ray taken to rule out a fracture before you put any significant pressure or stresses onto your foot.
