Depends: It really depends completely on what your exact diagnosis is. Is it a strain or a fracture? And what structures are involved? Some foot injuries, patients can continue activities as tolerated, some injuries you need to be strictly non weight bearing. If you have not been checked, i would encourage you to do so.
