Talk to therapist: Let downs after discharge from structure and support of hospital are not uncommon - confidence is often low because things obviously had become recently very bad, it takes a while for true self-confidence to rebuild. Risk of suicide is elevated for discharged psychiatric patients -its not a silly concern. Establishing and maintaining at least weekly therapy w/ psychologist/spychiatrist is minimum.
