A member asked:

My sister had her period throughout her whole pregnancy and the baby was fine. what is the possibility of the same thing happening to me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Bleeding throughout pregnancy is not common, and can be a sign of various impending problems. Occasionally it will persist until term and the patient will have a delivery of a healthy infant. Unless you both have an abnormal uterus, there's no reason to think you'll have the same problem.
