Tylenol, (acetaminophen) rest, fluid: Start with tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetominophen), increasing their fluids (clears), and bowel rest. Slowly increase the diet to a soft food, brat like diet after 24 hours, then if tolerated regular foods. Assuring the fever gets controlled with tylenol (acetaminophen). You may alternate with Motrin (ibuprofen) for the fever but that may sometimes upset the stomach. If persists, see dr. Best wishes.

Fever diarrhea: Hydration hydration hydration tylenol and Motrin otc are options white rice toast etc if blood is seen go to er if fevers persist or worsen to er if diarrhea gets worse to er.
