? Kidney stone: Possible kidney stone but appendicitis & bladder problems can cause similar symptoms. In addition, an ovarian cyst or inflammation in the fallopian tube (pid) can cause similar symptoms. Check with your doctor.

?infection: Dysuria, or painful urination, is a sign of a possible infection. I would get an evaluation by a dr. And some testing done. Good luck.
