?cause: You need a diagnosis, and an anatomical location. Did you have a right sided thalamic stroke, do you have spinal cord compression in neck, do you have an inflammatory process such as ms? There are symptomatic meds available, but you need your doctor to pin all of this down. A local neurologist should be able to help.
