Only forgot 1 pill?: If you only missed one pill out of your oral contraceptive pack, you wouldn't be able to notice if you were pregnant until after you missed a period when it was due to start. But some antibiotics, penicillin in particular, can counteract a whole month-worth of the pills. Follow up with your family doc.
