Probably not: Urine pregnancy tests are very sensitive and it is unlikely that you have a tubal pregnancy - although this depends on how late you are for your menses. See your md to have an ultrasound and hormonal/culture tests to assess for other causes of irregular menses and pain such as cysts, infection, etc.
