What causes burning and hurtimg upon urinating and bleeding at times?

Uti: You could have a bladder infection, you could have a vaginal infection, a combination of the two. You need to be evaluated by your doctor asap.

IC: Assuming this isn'ta one time event (a uti), its probably interstitial cystitis. Stop all caffiene, avoid acidic beverages - soda pop, juices , gatorade. If symptoms persist see a pelvic pain specialist.
