Likely a UTI: What you are describing is consistant with an infection, best to see your doctor.

UTI: It sounds like you may still have symptoms of a UTI (urinary tract infection), which can include frequency, burning, foul odor, lower abdominal pain, or fatigue. I would advise you to go to see a medical provider and have your urine undergo a urinalysis.
