my mom keeps shaking or nodding her head constantly, however, this only happens while she watches tv, what could cause this reactions?

Head tremor: Essential tremor is worsened by emotion, exercise, and fatigue. Also by attempting to keep the limb steady. The tremor can disappear when the head is supported. It may disappear with walking. It may stay isolated to the head for decades - without involving the arms.
