Consultation time: I would meet with local school officials & find out what they need to verify his add issue & assess any specific educational needs he requires.About 30% of add kids have other learning problems & schools receiving federal monies are required to assess & serve such needs. This includes regular assessment & teaching changes as needed. The Marfan issue should not complicate or alter this effort.

ADHD has not been : Proven to have an increased incidence in Marfan syndrome; it occurs ~!the same rate as in other kids. Take medical & psychological reports that confirm diagnoses to his teacher & request a " section 504" for classroom accommodations for "other health impairment, " if he has no learning disability that requires an individualized educational plan under public law idea. See chadd.Org for more info.
