Needs to be seen: If it's there more than two weeks, it needs to be seen in order to know what it is and whether or not it needs treatment or removal. It could be benign or more serious. See your own dentist or an oral surgeon for an evaluation and possible removal\biopsy.

See a dentist: Before it can be treated, you have to find out what it is. There are many possibilities. Go see your dentist and have the bump examined and diagnosed, and then get it treated properly.
