Many causes: Some benign conditions like eczema, fibrocystic breasts can cause itching, and there is one serious potential cause-paget's disease which is a rare form of breast cancer. Try vitamin e cream or udder cream for your local pharmacy. If it doesn't go away, or if you have any discharge, i would check in with your primary or OB and have it looked at/ and get a breast exam.
