Arthritis.: Arthritis can be mild or severe. At your age, having pain in multiple joints would not be degenerative or fibromyalgia! see someone in rheumatology.

Could be many : In your age group a rheumatologic cause should be entertained. Infectious and endocrine such as thyroid dz.
