Possible: If you have not have trouble getting pregnant in the past, it may not be an issue. You should wait at least two cycles after your miscarriage.

See a doctor : You are young with three pregnancies so should have a good chance to conceive. However pcos or polycystic ovarian syndrome may have an impact upon your health. Pcos can increase your risk for infertility, diabetes, weight gain, high blood pressure and some cancers. The good news is that it can be treated. Please see a reproductive endocrinologist for advice and treatment.
