Prevention: Are you talking about small, round, hard fecal balls (that look like rabbit poop)? If so, this may be a sign of constipation. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day, try to get in at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 of fruit per day, stay physically active, try whole foods for the fiber. Staying regular can help to normalize stool. Take care.
