Depends: A little intermenstrual bleeding can be due to hormonal contraception, irregular hormonal cycles, anatomic causes, or may be normal. Whether it is related to your D&C would depend on the reason for that d&c. If your periods are not coming regularly, or if this happens again you will want to be checked out.
