Garcinia cambogia: Research data is mixed, but at least 1 lasting 8 weeks did show a positive effect on both weight loss and lipid profile: http://tinyurl.Com/lrddqa6 the form used in these studies was hca-sx, super citrimax and serving size was ~3000mg/day, in divided doses. Consumerlab has tested 11 brands of garcinia, and found that only 5 contained their labeled amounts of hca. So be careful in what you use.
