Yes: The pregnancy test will be positive by 10 to 14 days after conception. Any one with a 4 weeks pregnancy will have a positive test.

Just missed period?: If by 4 weeks pregnant you mean your LMP was 4 weeks ago, just being a little off in your dating might affect the results. Retest in a week to be sure.
