Anal fissure: Anal fissures sometimes cause only pain on passing a bowel movement. They respond to topical numbing medication and may take several weeks to get better.

Anal fissure: Anal fissures may or may not bleed. Usually they will heal in about two weeks provided you have sits bath, other medications as advised by your doctor.
