Not exactly: An abortion can be a very traumatic event and leave multiple psychological issues behind that can inhibit one's sex drive. There is no direct medical link. Get a competent therapist to evaluate the person (probably will take more than 1 session to get to the issue(s)).

Not Necessarily: There is not a consistent link between abortion and sex drive. However, abortion could be related to other stressful circumstances, and the presence of stress, anxiety, or depression could cause decreased sexual desire.
