Of course: Anytime you have sex without condoms or birth control you can get pregnant. Having sex after ovulation is the best time if you are trying to get pregnant. Yes some semen will be discharged from the vagina after intercourse. That is perfectly normal.

That is normal: Once an ovulation detection kit is positive, you will ovulate or release the egg in 26-40 hours. It is ok to have sex twice. It is normal to "lose" semen after intercourse. The vagina only holds 1-2cc and the normal sperm volume is greater than 2cc, so it has to go "somewhere" and thus comes out. That is a good sign because it means your partner's semen volume is normal. Good luck.
