Irregular heart beat: See your primary care doctor for a physical and an ekg. There's not enough information to tell you anything but that you're not getting enough blood to your brain when this happens.

Monitor: You may have sick sinus syndrome. Although rare at your age it is possible and treatable i would suggest an event monitor to get a symptom rhythm correlation.

Many possibilities: In your age group primary cardiac disorders that affect heart rhythm do occur. However start your evaluation with your regular doc for history, exam, and blood tests. You may have low thyroid as a contributor which is easily diagnosed and treated. Be well.
