See your ob/gyn: Most likely a sebaceous cyst or a pimple but could be bartholin's gland cyst. These come and go but sometimes get so big they need to be incised and drained. We can do this at the office. Bottomline; risk for cancer low, but if bothersome come see your ob/gyn!
