I been diagnosed with a benign 3.5cm cortical cyst identified in my upper pole of my left kidney.is this normal?what possible treatment that i can use

Observation: The cyst should be re-examined in about 3 months using ultrasound exam or ct scan to see if it is stable or growing. If stable, no treatment is necessary. Otherwise biopsy will be necessary.

See below: As suggested , it is benign, not likely to cause any problems, or cause symptoms. There are no definite recommendations in literature about monitoring this cyst.
