6 weeks ago: If you are actually 8 weeks along, then your conception happened 6 weeks ago. You cannot have "a menses" while. Pregnant or after conception, but sometimes women have bleeding after conception. I ultrasound every one of my new pregnant patients to clearly establish the dating of the pregnancy.
