Possible: Pregnancy rates on Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) shot are quite low so though it is possible you are pregnant it isn't likely. Check a pregnancy test however irregular bleeding is common on Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) though the bleeding gets less the longer you use it. I'm not sure why you have nausea.
