Is greek yogurt good for a sensitive stomach?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually.: In general, yes. Greek yogurt has less lactose than most dairy products, and lactose is the usual culprit in upset stomachs due to dairy products. But everyone is unique, so there are no guarantees; you may still get an upset stomach if you have a really sensitive one. And if you are lactose intolerant, greek yogurt does have some lactose, so it would still be contraindicated.
