Only one test: Aside from becoming pregnant to say the tubes have healed themselves, there is only one test available that you could have done to document your tubes are either closed or open. It's called a hysterosalpingogram - dye is injected through the uterus and watched under fluoroscopy to see if it fills and spills through the fallopian tubes.
