Need more details: Stomach upset can be from many things. It really depends on the location, the quality of pain and the time frame and if you have any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. It can be gallstones, cysts, gastroenteritis, colitis, dissection, diverticulitis, etc. More history of the symptoms is needed to get a better idea of the cause and treatment.
