I'm 7 weeks pregnant, and i'm not sure what's wrong with my car but i can smell gas while i drive all the time, can that harm my unborn baby and i?

Maybe: I am not as worried as much about the fumes causing a problem with the pregnancy directly, but rather something with your fuel system that could cause a fire. Better see a mechanic right away.
