See your doctor: If it is a gum problem you have a bacterial infections. Look on the internet or ask your doctor about the perio protect method as it has been shown to be better than conventional methods j clin dent 2012;23:48–56. You may also have a TMJ problem and should have this evaluated as well. The best way to help is to find out the cause of the problems and treat the cause(s).

See a dentist: Set up an appointment with your dentist as soon as possible to find out what's going on and what needs to be done.
