No: I have not heard this. The best way to treat acne is with very clean water and a mild soap without any chemicals, dyes, or perfumes. Wash the face several times a day this way. Also benzoyl peroxide is effective but tends to dry the face. Maybe try benzoyl peroxide only once a day. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of water. See a dermatologist if your acne is getting out of control.

See answer: This is not really true. Although it is true that toothpaste will dry when exposed to air, much like clay, it isn't made to help with pimples, and it may even make them worse.
