2 thoughts: By eating too little, you are depriving yourself. Then when you do eat, you want to get rid of the feeling that you are deprived. It sounds like you do this by either over-eating or binging. 2 thoughts. First - eat regular, reasonable meals - don't starve yourself. Second - over eaters anonymous would be a great way to address these behaviors and the underlying thoughts and feelings. Take care.
