See a doctor: See a doctor for a physical examination. Usually mammograms are started after age 40 unless there are increased family risks or abnormality on physical examination. Your doctor can order the proper tests for you.

Go see a physician: If you feel a lump or have any reasons to be concerned about breast cancer, you need to have a clinical breast examination(cbe) done by your family physician or primary care doctor. A mammogram is a good screening test in most cases.
